Most of what we publish is about arithmetic that does not fit in a listing dashboard, or about a rule that changed in one city and will change in yours next. The newsletter is the short version: what went up, why it matters, and the one number worth checking in your own data.

It goes out when there is something worth sending — about twice a month, never more than weekly. It is not a digest of everything on the internet about short-term rentals, and it is never a sponsored placement dressed as an issue — if something in it is paid for, it says so in the line above it.
