What we would like to hear about

• A correction. Something here is wrong, out of date, or missing context. This is the

most useful message you can send, and it gets answered first.

• A question we could answer with an article. We would rather write about a real

operating problem than a keyword.

• Your experience. Numbers from a real listing, a regulation that changed, a tool that

turned out differently than expected. Say if you would prefer not to be named.

• Advertising and sponsorship. Direct enquiries welcome.

What we cannot do

• Advise on your specific situation. We publish general information, not legal, tax, or

financial advice — see the disclaimer. Pointing you at a primary source is usually the most useful thing we can do.

• Publish a guest post or a link exchange. We do not accept either, and messages

proposing them are not answered.

• Review a product on request. We choose what to review and pay our own way. Access to

a tool is welcome; it does not buy coverage.

Whatever you send is used to answer you and nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, and it is deleted when the conversation stops being useful. See the privacy policy.
